Established in 2019 in BrasÃlia by entrepreneurs Eduardo Raggi, Leon Solon, and Vinicius Ramos, Bludworks quickly secured a partnership with Laboratório Sabin, one of Brazil's largest laboratories.
This acquisition enables OpenHealth to accelerate its expansion in Brazil, leveraging Bludworks' strong local presence and client relationships. The Bludworks team will integrate fully into OpenHealth, focusing on both new and existing laboratory clients in the region.
